Experienced policy and advocacy expert, campaigner, network specialist, researcher, facilitator and trainer specialized in European programmes, policies, and human rights with strong expertise on non-formal education, education policy and social inclusion.

NICHOLAS SSENABULYA

Finance and Operations Lead

A versatile leader with over 15 years of experience as a finance and operations expert for local, regional, and international organizations in Uganda, Rwanda, Sweden and United States. He worked as Finance Director at Gardens for Health International.

PETER BUSSIAN

Communications Lead

Peter is a well-established senior level international development communications/knowledge management consultant and content producer with more than 20 years of experience conceiving and implementing communications strategies as well as creating the content to communicate messages and stories. He possesses a strong ability to develop and implement communication and advocacy plans and is well versed in management of digital platforms.

MWANAISHA MAENDE

Project Coordinator

Mwanaisha is a project manager and coordinator with over a decade of experience supporting women and the youth in entrepreneurship through fostering partnerships and capacity building. She is an alumnus of the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme and Clinton Global Initiative and has worked for start-ups and actors in the development sector.

Donita is a network and development practitioner with a wealth of experience in ecosystem facilitation and network weaving in Africa’s social and economic justice civic space.  She brings extensive expertise in designing, catalyzing, and facilitating channels of connectivity in all things networked.

KATHY EDERSHEIM

Kathy Edersheim brings 20 years of community building, alumni relations, and leadership experience to InHive. Her work includes all aspects of community management from strategic planning to governance issues to member engagement and metrics. In addition to working with inHive, she is President of Impactrics which supports the development of alumni relations for universities around the world.

Nasim has 23 years experience in human resources management and organisational development. As a previous Head of Corporate Finance in a major subsidiary of Shell, she has experience of managing client relations and teams across different sectors and industries. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills such as developing organisational DEI policies, customizing bespoke training and project management.

Ann is an accomplished project manager in the International Development sector, with experience in working with multi-lateral organisations such as UN organizations (UNICEF, WFP and OCHA) as well as USAID (Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance and Development). She brings experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) as well as capacity building and training.

He is the co-founder of the Dikh He Na Bister (DHNB) project that brought together 3400 students and young people internationally to participate in networking activities and educational workshops on human rights and different social issues.
