inHive specializes in building networks, or as we like to call them – hives.

From the global influence of the climate change movement to the personal impact of a relatable role model, we know just how powerful networks can be.

Can you remember a person who helped you make a choice or show you the way when you were younger? Have you tapped into your alumni network for help? Many young people across the globe have access to networks just like this that can help them change their lives and their communities for the better.

But a lack of investment, prioritisation and expertise means that too many young people go without the structured support they need to make the most of their own community.

We exist to put that right. Our approach focuses on re-engaging those already around them – those in their hive – including former students, alumni and fellow past programme participants.

By working with partners from across the world, from school networks in Pakistan to scholarship programmes across Africa, we’re aiming to improve the life chances of 10% of the world’s young people in 10 years time.

It’s a big task, but we are ambitious. Will you help us make it happen?
